The 100: A 100-Day, 100-Points-a-Day Challenge for Business Momentum

The 100 is a points-based challenge built into GLIN for founders, creators and freelancers. For 100 days you earn 100 points a day from scored actions across four groups: deep work, opportunity creation, content and maintenance. Deep work earns the most points, so the score rewards leverage instead of busywork.

Why points instead of a checklist

Most productivity challenges are a checklist: do the thing, tick the box. Real work isn’t that tidy. Some days are deep-work days, some are outreach days. The 100 gives every useful action a point value, so you can hit the same daily bar in different ways, while the weights keep you honest. A 75-minute deep work block is worth 15 points; replying to comments is worth 1.

The four groups

  • DEEP · internal leverage. Focused, uninterrupted work on the thing that moves your business: building, writing, strategy. Worth 5, 10 or 15 points for 25, 50 or 75 minutes.
  • OPP · opportunity creation. Replies, follow-ups, pitches, contracts and networking. Small actions add up, and showing up in person is worth 30.
  • CONTENT · visibility. Stories, posts and real content pieces. High-effort pieces earn 10.
  • LIGHT · maintenance. Comments, replies and admin. Necessary, but worth only 1 point each so they can’t carry your day.

How to do The 100 in GLIN

  1. Open Explore in GLIN and tap The 100. All 16 actions and the 100-point daily target are set up.
  2. Adjust anything that doesn’t fit your work before you start, like removing LinkedIn if you don’t use it.
  3. Invite a peer: a co-founder, a creator friend or a freelancer you trust.
  4. Log as you go. Your partner gets pinged with every log, like “+10 points”, which is a surprisingly strong nudge to get your own next block done.

Making 100 days stick

Use Deep Work 30 as a warm-up if a 100-point day feels like a lot. Pick a daily reset time that matches when your workday ends, and decide with your partner how you’ll handle travel days before they come up.
