About GLIN
GLIN is an independent accountability app built on one idea: people quit hard challenges when they do them alone. GLIN gives every challenge a finish line, one friend who sees your progress, and a stake you both agreed to, so you finish the thing instead of restarting it.

Why GLIN exists
Nobody actually wants to build a daily habit for the rest of their life. But a sprint with a friend on the line, and something real to lose? That, you can finish.
If you have started 75 Hard, a sober month or a 5 a.m. routine more than once, the plan probably wasn’t the problem. What was missing was someone who would notice when you stopped. GLIN fills that gap with three things: a fixed end date, a partner who gets pinged every time you log, and a stake you set together.
What we believe
- Sprints beat forever. 10, 30, 75 or 100 days is long enough to change something and short enough to finish.
- One partner beats a crowd. It’s easy to disappear in a group chat. It’s hard to ghost one friend.
- Stakes should be personal. GLIN never holds your money. You and your friend decide what quitting costs.
- Finishing matters more than streak counts. The goal is to walk out the other side as someone you’re proud of.
The name
The full name is “GLIN: You in?”, the question you ask a friend before you start something hard. Most people just call it GLIN.
